'00 E39 540i I rebuilt my trans 30k miles ago worn o-rings on #1 hub. Recently having problems with not shifting up from 3rd gear. Problem is intermittent and only happens once every day or two. When it happens, it shifts smoothly below and up to 3rd gear, but won't progress to 4th and it gets to 4000+ RPM at highway speeds.
