Your Apex server's control panel makes this quite easy. Open your server's control panel. On the top left, click Config Files. Select Server Settings. Find the Allow Flying field, on the very top, and set it to Enabled. Scroll down and click Save. Restart the server when it prompts you for the change to be saved.
Mounts are like flying movability skills. With Pof, the use of gliding was kept in mind as a possibility. I see actually a few options.One you get the same movability in cantha either through New mounts or new mechanics.Two: PoF is included freely just like HoT is included with PoF now.
During the process of switching mounts you can get hit, put in combat, and then not be able to remount for a while. Meanwhile, skyscale is great for covering horizontal and vertical distance so even if you get put in combat, it doesn't matter as you don't have to remount if you never had to dismount in the first place.
